2. What we collect

The only place the Site collects personal information is the contact form.

(1) What you enter — your name, company or organization, email address, inquiry type, and message.

(2) What is recorded automatically on submission — IP address and browser type. We use these only to block automated spam and to investigate faults.

The Site does not use cookies. It carries no analytics tools and no advertising tags.

3. Why we use it

We use it for nothing else. We will not add you to marketing or promotional sends without your consent.

• Responding to your inquiry and any correspondence needed to do so
• Recording your inquiry and sharing it internally
• Blocking spam and investigating faults

4. Sharing with third parties

We do not share your personal information with third parties, except with your consent or where disclosure is required by law.

5. Service providers we rely on

We use the following providers to run the Site and handle inquiries. Each processes information under our instruction and only for the purposes in section 3.

• Railway (United States) — hosting for the Site and our internal system
• Slack (United States) — notifying our team that an inquiry has arrived
• Resend (United States) — sending email
• Google Workspace (United States) — our business email

6. Transfers outside Japan

Because we use the providers listed in section 5, your information may be transferred to and stored outside Japan, in the United States.

7. How long we keep it

We keep inquiries for about three years after the matter is closed, then delete them. We will delete sooner if you ask us to.

8. How we protect it

Traffic to and from the Site is encrypted with TLS. Access to inquiries is limited to the people who need it for their work, and access is logged.

9. Your rights

You may ask us to disclose, correct, add to, delete, or stop using or sharing the personal data we hold about you. Write to legal@douzo.jp. We will verify your identity and respond without undue delay.

10. Changes to this policy

We may revise this policy as the law or the Site changes. Revisions appear on this page, and we update the date at the top.
