Lifestyle brand Taski introduces two new additions to its Premium Series: the Taski Premium 8" Chef Knife and the Taski Premium 6.5" Santoku Knife.
Embodying Taski’s vision of “Quiet Luxury,” the series carries forward the spirit of Seki, Gifu — a Japanese city with an approximately 800-year tradition of blade-making. Each knife brings together a minimal aesthetic designed for contemporary living with the level of functionality expected by professionals.
The new lineup

Taski Premium 8" Chef Knife
A versatile all-purpose knife designed for everything from professional kitchens to everyday home cooking. The blade uses high-grade VG-10 core steel and is individually sharpened by craftspeople for exceptional cutting performance.
Its approximately 20 cm blade and gently curved edge provide smooth control across a wide range of tasks, from cutting larger ingredients to finely chopping herbs.

Taski Premium 6.5" Santoku Knife
A versatile standard style widely used in Japanese kitchens. Its compact 16.5 cm blade is easy to handle and suited to a broad range of ingredients and everyday preparation.
The hammered tsuchime finish helps reduce food sticking to the blade, while the profile supports a light, controlled push-cutting motion.
