Lifestyle brand Taski has opened pre-orders for two new knives: the Taski 8" Chef Knife and the Taski 5.5" Utility Knife. The series carries forward the swordsmithing tradition of Seki, Gifu, where blades have been made for 800 years, in the quiet luxury Taski is known for. Both knives use TS-60 (HRC 60-61), a new steel developed with a Japanese steel maker, and pair 67-layer Damascus with an edge sharp enough to make daily cooking easier.
